How to setup Zoho for quick and simple remote support
Use this link to download the customer plugin for Windows
Save the file "CustomerPlugin.exe" to your downloads folder.
Navigate to your downloads folder and double-click on the file to run it.
If you receive a pop-up asking for permission for this application to make changes to your device, select Yes.
You should now have a new desktop icon called Zoho Assist with a logo that looks like this
Getting support is now as easy as double-clicking this new icon and entering the session ID provided by us.
